Keep It Safe | Brasada Ranch

KEEP IT SAFE

Brasada Ranch is a very special place for our Club members, homeowners, resort guests, and dedicated Team. Everyone's health and safety is our top priority, and we've elevated our high standards. If you would like to join us this summer, we will ask that you approach our community as your own and respect our evolving protocol.

GENERAL PROTOCOL

  • To limit community traffic, arrivals, and departures, guests may make reservations for seven or more nights.
  • Guests staying in the same cabin may explore The Ranch together, though those in other cabins are asked to remain six feet apart. For example, if you are here with friends in another cabin and you venture down to the Athletic Club, we will ask that the two cabin groups maintain at least six feet of separation between sitting areas.
  • All guests will be required to complete a pre-arrival questionnaire regarding their current health and any possible exposure to COVID-19.
  • Upon arrival, all guests will join our Guest Services Team outside, on the south side of The Ranch House, to receive a warm welcome and orientation of our health and safety protocol, confirm they are not experiencing any symptoms, and have their temperature taken. If a guest's temperature is over 100.4 degrees, the entire party will be required to quarantine in their cabin if they chose to stay at The Ranch.
  • Each cabin will be stocked with thermometers for each guest, and daily, all guests will receive requests to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms. During the stay, if a guest or anyone in their party begins exhibiting symptoms, they must notify Brasada Ranch immediately, and the entire party will be required to quarantine in their Cabin or depart the property.
  • The State of Oregon requires everyone over 5 years of age to wear face coverings. Special care should be taken with younger Guests.
  • Brasada Ranch’s operations have been modified, including reduced hours and services at select locations and no scheduled high-touch interactive areas.

ATHLETIC CLUB PROTOCOL

  • The Athletic Club will operate this summer on a reservation basis by calling (541) 526-6870. Policies may change based on occupancy and learnings.
  • Face coverings are now required when exercising indoors, plus outdoors when you can’t physically distance
  • Reservations would be for 90-minutes, from 8 AM until 6 PM daily, and the capacity would be 30 or fewer guests/members/Team members at any time. Thirty minutes between reservations would be used to sanitize the facility.
  • Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance of your stay at The Ranch.
  • Temperatures would be checked for all guests arriving at the Athletic Club.
  • The pools and spas would be chlorinated to the maximum permissible levels. CDC protocol states, "There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools or hot tubs; proper operation and maintenance should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."
  • All seating areas would be separated by six feet, and guests staying in the same cabin may sit with one another.
  • Sundance Grill is now open serving a limited menu including small bites and cold drinks. See the menu.

GOLF CLUB PROTOCOL

  • Upon arrival, we kindly ask that each golfer manage their golf clubs from their car to a cart.
  • Counters, door handles, bathroom sinks, and entryways are wiped down multiple times each day. Sanitary wipes are located at the bag drop, Pro Shop, and outside restrooms.
  • Carts are available for single use only; the only exception is family members.
  • Each morning and after use, the golf carts are disinfected with a sanitizer spray, including steering wheels, windshields, frames of windshields, seats, ball washers/club washers, cubbies, bag strap holders, and coolers. In the afternoon and evenings, the golf carts are washed thoroughly from the canopy to the tires.
  • All Golf Club Team Members wear disposable gloves while working; masks are being delivered.
  • All players must stay at least six (6) feet from one another; special care is necessary on tee boxes and greens.
  • No golfers need to touch or remove the flagsticks; all cups have a raised insert in the cup so the ball can easily be removed from the cup without removing the flagstick. All bunker rakes have been removed, and players are asked to lift, clean and place, and smooth the bunkers using your feet or a club. The practice facility no longer includes anything you should have to touch that you did not bring with you.

EQUESTRIAN CLUB PROTOCOL

  • Upon arrival at The Equestrian Club, you'll be greeted by the Brasada Trails Team, who will open the gates and lead you to our troop of horses.
  • All saddles, reins, and helmets are disinfected after each use. Gloves, if necessary, are yours to keep.
  • No riders or Summer Sanctuary guests should venture near or enter The Equestrian Club Barns (signage marks the barns.)

HOUSEKEEPING PROTOCOL

  • Our housekeepers have been trained on our enhanced cabin cleaning standards, which include the use of personal protective equipment, air filter replacements, and new electrostatic disinfecting equipment and specialized anti-viral solutions.
  • Our new electrostatic sprayers protect our Team and allow them to disinfect what you see and don’t see. Before you arrive, we’ll have cleaned every surface, remote, phone, bed, and everything in between. We’ll have replaced the air filters and stocked the cabin with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and more. If you need more of anything, including linens and towels, we’ll deliver it right away.
  • If you’re here for more than a week, in-stay services can be arranged. Otherwise, our housekeepers will remain focused on thorough departure and pre-arrival cleanings, and The Ranch's amenities.

TEAM MEMBER PROTOCOL

  • All Team Members are regularly trained on our enhanced standards, including but not limited to proper use of the provided protective equipment and hygiene, including (i) washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, (ii) avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth, (iii) covering mouths and noses with a bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to dispose of tissues immediately, and (iv) maintaining at least six (6) feet of distance from others.
  • All Team Members are monitored twice daily, including their temperature.
